Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the work you submit and for following your university regulations on academic integrity. Set out what the student agrees to here.

Quotes and payment

Explain how quotes are issued, what they include, when payment is due, and which payment methods are accepted.

Deadlines and delivery

Explain how delivery times are agreed, what happens if a deadline moves, and what counts as on-time delivery.

Revisions

Explain how many rounds of revision are included, the window for requesting them, and what falls outside that.

Cancellations and refunds

Summarise the position and link to the refund policy for the detail.

Limitation of liability

This clause has legal consequences and should be drafted or reviewed by a solicitor.

Governing law

State which law governs these terms and which courts have jurisdiction.
